2019 Signature Log
Let yourself be tempted by the signature log created by the hands of our pastry chef Joël Lahon. Enjoy a stress-free holiday party and finish off the meal with this log: Crispy roasted hazelnuts with Fleur de sel, Genoa bread, spicy orange marmalade, cream perfumed with our rooftop honey and Gianduja chocolate mousse.
 
$ 65, taxes not included. Limited quantities.
 
The picking-up will take place on December 24 from 9am to noon at Salon des Gouverneurs.
